Improving My Health With Sundose.

*This post contains gifted products.

If you read my previous post on how I'm attempting to glow up mentally in 2020, then you would know that I am trying to make a huge lifestyle change with what I eat and fuel my body with.

In January I was kindly contacted by Sundose who asked me if I wanted to try out some of their products. I've always been intrigued to see if personalised supplements would have any effect on my health, so I agreed to trailing a one-month subscription.

On their website you have to complete a quick 5 minute survey highlighting a bit about you (age, height, weight, etc,) what areas you would like to improve on (energy, skin, general health, etc,) and any medical conditions you may be suffering with. One thing I noticed that this brand does that no others do (so I'm aware) is that you can provide them with recent blood test results from your doctors to help them get your supplements spot on. Unfortunately, I hadn't had a blood test in the past 3 months that I was able to provide, so I just told them about my current condition and the improvements I wanted to make.

The supplements arrive in a handy box which you can pop into your fridge for easy access every day. I received a months worth of sachets which contained a dissolvable powder in one side, and four physical supplements in the other. With the powder, you dissolve it in water and then drink it alongside a meal. I was quite hesitant to try this as I hate anything which tastes too much like vitamins or tablets but I was pleasantly surprised! When ordering your supplements you can choose which flavour you would like them to be. I chose my flavouring to be orange, and although not all of the powder 100% dissolved in water, I found it tasted really nice and I was actually looking forward to drinking them each day. As for the physical supplements, I'm not going to lie, they were big, so some people may find it difficult to swallow them if they don't like taking tablets.

But did they work?

For the first week I didn't notice any change in how I felt. However, in the weeks after that, I started to notice that I was getting through the day feeling more energised, not needing a nap half way through the day, and I also noticed that my skin looked more refreshed and glowy without makeup. I didn't fully realise this change until I forgot to take the supplements for a few consecutive days and started to feel extremely lethargic until I went back to taking them again.

All-in-all I would definitely recommend trying Sundose to see how they can help with your health. As everyone's needs are different, I am now converted to personalised supplements over ones you can get on the high-street which cater for everyone.

  1. I've never taken any supplements but I would be open to it. Do you have to take the tablets and the ones that dissolve in water together or can you pick and choose which ones to take? xo Sarah | Oomph London
